I am The Bride. I think like many brides, I am simultaneously drawn to and repulsed by the wedding industry. My internal wedding-planning dialogue goes something like this: “Man, that’s ugly/stupid/useless, why would I want that? But oh, look at this! Oooh, pretty! Holy crap, it’s $67,458!!
